Stefan is a highly skilled and experienced aviation professional with a passion for the industry. With over 30 years of aviation experience, he has developed a deep understanding of aircraft operations, safety procedures and regulatory compliance.

Throughout his career, Stefan has held various management roles within the aviation industry, for both European and UK Commercial Operators.
Stefan holds type ratings for the Boeing 737 & 757/767 aircraft and remains current as a Captain flying the Airbus 340-600.
Stefan has successfully managed and operated ferry flights around the globe including the Middle East, Asia and North America.

Lisa Ford

As Finance Director at Air Reach Global, Lisa Ford brings extensive experience in financial strategy, planning, and risk management within the aviation and logistics sectors. With a career spanning over 5 years, She is responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, compliance, and capital planning.

Lisa plays a key role in aligning financial performance with the company’s strategic goals, supporting sustainable growth across global ferry flight, engineering, and aviation services. Prior to joining Air Reach Global, She held senior finance positions at Bidver and Ikon Industries, where she led multi-million dollar budgeting initiatives, implemented financial controls, and streamlined reporting systems.

Johnathon Toms Jr

Jonathon has been involved in flight planning and Hotac for over 20 years and brings with him a vast knowledge of planning worldwide logistics for crew planning and rostering

He now joins the team at Air Reach Global as a senior advisor with a hands on approach and a deep passion for the aviation business. With a strong business acumen and ability to deliver results, Sebastian will inspire the team and partners worldwide to identify and seize opportunities

Chris Le Brocq

Chief Pilot

Chris joins the team with over 35 years Airbus and Boeing experience. Currently type rated on A320,A330 and A340. A very much can do attitude with vast experience flying both passenger and cargo long haul throughout the world. Chris is also an experienced ferry pilot completing many missions worldwide

Chris will be the project manager liaising with type rated pilots for each ferry flight and responsible for managing the extensive worldwide pilot data base ARG has and which is ever expanding.
